We will use social media to market our film as it is believed that 71% of teenagers use more than one social network site. This includes Facebook, Twitter and Instagram which are among the most popular social media sites. Instead of just using YouTube to show our film trailer we can actually use social media to promote which means we can hit our Primary Audience of 16-20 year olds.
IMDB is a huge digital marketing sight and has millions of people visiting the sight to find new movies to watch. We will include as much information about our film as possible as we want people to relate to our film ideas and want viewers to give reviews on our film. This can also mean the 'word of mouth' effect is happening as people may suggest our film to other people if the enjoy.
