Risk Assessment

Below is a picture of the risk assessment Evan himself has completed.  In this image it displays what risks could happen on a severity scale of 1-10.  Alongside each risk there is a control measure for each one of how to prevent these risks from happening.  At the bottom of the sheet is the emergency number we need to call if anything does happen, as well as the local 24 hour hospital, in our case is Broomfield Hospital.
